Climate Change
As humankind, we had solved many challenges for example made smallpox non-extinct by vaccine everyone on the plants, we put a human on the moon, we made the internet. One of the greatest challenges humankind will face is Climate change. What is Climate change? Based on the definition of the United Nations "Climate change refers to long-term shifts in temperatures and weather patterns. These shifts may be natural, but since the 1800s, human activities have been the main driver of climate change, primarily due to the burning of fossil fuels (like coal, oil, and gas) which produces heat-trapping gases". In simple terms Earth, our planet is getting hotter like an Oven power via coal as more coal you put in the oven the hotter it gets. We should be worried about Climate change because it makes everyone's quality of life worse by strong storms, weird weather events, hotter summers. One may say well that is not my problem and Climate change is not real. To counter that I said if too many people said that is not my problem then another person will say that and it will spread that mindset and everyone will suffer. To those who said climate change is not real is not look at the bigger picture here you may not feel in your day-to-day life but Climate change is an invisible hand that slowly changes the weather for the worse in the long run. What is at stake is the future generation of humankind and our planet as of this moment Earth is the only planet that supports life/humans. We can solve the Climate change challenge we solved many challenges before it is just the collection of the willingness of all countries to solve Climate change. I firmly believe that we can solve Climate Change because we solve many challenges in the past.

It is silent killer to the a democratic system. It get very little attention but has a huge impact on who get elected and who vote count in a election .Gerrymandering is the manipulate of voting boundaries to favor one party over another party. Gerrymandering is liked boundary of . In America every ten years America does a cenus to count the number of people living in America. After the cenus is completed every states losing or gain a congress seat based on the population grow of the state. If a state population decline then they lose a congress seat . If a state population increased then gain a congress seat. Once that is determine every state must redraw voting distract to reflect the population change of the distract. This is where Gerrymandering come into play most redrawing of voting district is handle by States and what potic party control the state government.The potics party in control will redrawing voting map in favor of that politics party to helped them keep control of the state and make hard for the opposite party to win any election. You can see why gerrymandering is bad it diluted a person vote which made the persons feel like there vote does not count which has snowball effect. There is no easy solution to fixed to gerrymandering but one solution is allowed a independent committee to redraw voting map intesed of the party in charge . This will reduced bais and made voting map more fair . Independent committee solutions does having its negatives like the committee can be influenced by the potical party in charge but it is one of the easy solution to solved the gerrymandering problem.
