Should I take on Student Loan Debts to attend College or University?

The answer is it depends on your situation. Student Loans can help a person to attend college or university who was unable to afford it. Though student loans should be on the bottom of the list of options of paying to attend college or university. The top of the list of options of paying for college and university is scholarships and grants because you don't have paid them back. Always fill out the FAFSA application to see what kind of aids package and financial aid you are eligible to receive. Another option is to attend your local community college for two years and then transfer to a four-year university often community college costs much less than university. You will save a lot of money by going this route due if you have taken student loans you will take less of them. Keep in mind that some courses and their credit from a community college may not transfer over to the university please check the university website on its transfer credit policies.
